    • Due to our lemonades being a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
    • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@beesinthetrap.com within 24 hours  of receiving your lemonade.

    SHIPPING & PROCESSING 

    At Bee's In The Trap, we are committed to providing you with the finest quality lemonades for your enjoyment. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy, as we do not offer traditional shipping services for our products. Instead, we provide two convenient options for you to receive your favorite lemonades: Pick Up and Delivery.

    Pick Up Option:

    You have the option to pick up your order directly from our location. Pick Up is available on Fridays and Saturdays each week. Please be sure to place your order by Thursday to ensure we have your selection ready for you. 

    Delivery Option:

    We also offer a delivery service to bring our delicious lemonades right to your doorstep. Delivery is available on Fridays and Saturdays each week, and we cover a specified delivery area within metro Atlanta. Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated based on your delivery address.

    Order Processing:

    To ensure your order is prepared and ready for either Pick Up or Delivery, we kindly request that you place your order in advance. The cutoff time for orders will be [Specify the order deadline for both Pick Up and Delivery] for each respective day. This allows us to craft your lemonades with the utmost care and attention to detail.

    Order Confirmation:

    Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include the date and time for your Pick Up or Delivery. Please double-check this information and contact us immediately if you need to make any changes or have any special requests.

    Payment:

    All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods, including all major credit cards, debit cards, and AfterPay.
